About the Opportunity
Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology has an exciting opportunity for a flexible full time Courier to join their Northern Rivers Courier Team.
With shifts between 10.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, including participation in Saturday and weekend on-call rosters on a rotating basis, the main aim of this role involves the transport of pathology specimens.
Sullivan Nicolaides is seeking a meticulous and efficient individual, with the ability to both work alone and as part of a team. You'll possess a demonstrable history of reliability and strong customer service skills, and will be able to follow all Practice procedures and protocols relating to patient confidentiality.
In addition, you'll be able to ensure the transport of pathology specimens, stores and medical records in a timely manner. A safe driving record and a current driver’s licence held for a minimum of four years is essential. Ideally, you will have driven a company car as part of previous employment, and/or will have experience in a diagnostic pathology laboratory.
A proven background in customer service is required.
The high level of service provided by Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology is delivered by a dedicated staff comprising of pathologists, scientists, technicians, laboratory assistants, collection personnel, couriers, computer personnel, pathology services assistants and other support staff.
